I have used this application for over 10 months without a glitch but since the update I had been having problems with crashing, and now I cannot even launch the application. I’ve tried rebooting but still no luck. The update seems to have broken what was a decent video converter application.

Tried deleting the IU folder but the app did not lauch, and a new IU folder appeared magically. Contacted Wondersoft and they sent me a link to a new version I have to pay to register.

Great program useless now will not open. Please fix!!

I had this app for about a year and it worked great…until the latest update. I emailed the company with no reply. Really sad because it was great when it worked.

love it, its the best i ever used.

It doesn’t work. I expected it convert to and from various file formats, But it crashed too much when i converted. I had some hope this would give me the results I wanted, but it did not. This app is now completely useless to me. I was very disappointed.

It has worked for all conversions that I have needed. Very user friendly. Highly recommended!

i just wish it had a video compression built in i have to use handbrake to get the files smaller but it converts everything i need.

The application used to let me download things without a problem at a great speed, but now most of the time it starts the download fast, gets 25% through the download and then says “Failed to Download”. Occasionally it will download the file about half way, then it slows down to a snails pace, and if I am lucky, it will finish the download. I have tested my internet on multiple devices and have also had no other issues with the internet on my computer.

It will convert your videos to MP4 or H.265 format for a crisp video playback on your iPod nano. It converts very fast too! Just buy this one! I’m sure you will like it as much as I do. I like to watch my videos while running on the treadmill and this works very well. Watching videos on the iPod nano is the ultimate convenience for me. I can pull it out and watch one very easily when I find a spare moment. The best part is that I can pick up where I left off later.

This app has been 100% successful in every single facet. It’s smooth, the UI is simple and intuitive, the speed is fast without sacrificing quality. I will recommenf this app to all.

This is the the fastest and easiest to use video converter I have found. Works great!

This app is great!! I’ve been searching for a video converter that can convert avi, mkv, and wmv to mp4 so I can use preview for the files on mac. The issue is every program makes me select the aspect ratio, audio quality, and video quality. I just want it to be what it is in the other file and they are all different, so it is usually annoying. This app automatically detects the proper sizes and settings and converts with ease. The only issue i’ve had is with some of the files audio being slightly off after converting, but that seems to only happen with really old avi files so far.

I like this application so far. I say so far because i’ve only been using it for about 2 weeks now. My main use so far have been for converting movies and online videos. The only problems that i’ve come across so far are the subtitles and the minor bits of information that only a O.C. kind of person (like myself) would really care about. The subtitle problem that i’m having is that it seems to permanately burn the subtitles into the movie. Maybe i’m missing something, maybe there’s a way to turn that off, but I haven’t been able to find how to fix that. The other problem has to do with small bits of information thats visable when i look up the movie on iTunes. Other than that, this app has worked very well for me. I recommend if you’re wanting an app with multiple choices and if you’re a little on the OCD side. But if you’re content with a simple converter kit and don’t really care about ocd’ing the hell out of whatever, then go with Handbrake. It’s free and very simple to use.

Wondershare video converter ultimate is the best App I have Found A++++ Never had a problem with this app and keeps the files as good as original. Thanks for a great product
