Excellent converter but no direct support

I have converted all kinds of files of various formats with great success.

Discovered a bug in the current version but cannot contact anybody to get a fix. Not a deal breaker but very irritating. After conversion stereo audio channels become switched from left to right and right to left. Requires a second pass to put them back in the right order.
