Download Issues

The application used to let me download things without a problem at a great speed, but now most of the time it starts the download fast, gets 25% through the download and then says “Failed to Download”. Occasionally it will download the file about half way, then it slows down to a snails pace, and if I am lucky, it will finish the download.
I have tested my internet on multiple devices and have also had no other issues with the internet on my computer.
